VW Beetle, Camper, T2, LED Indicator warning light fix kit. 6 Volt, 12 Volt.

Older VWs have wiring that is not immediately compatible with LED Indicator upgrades and many owners struggle to get the exterior lamps flashing correctly and to also have the indicator repeater light on the dashboard operating as it should. VW often wired the repeater light as a positive earth fitting which causes issues as the vehicles are negative earth.

We have designed a universal kit for all 6v and 12v VW Beetles and early Campers that have a single indicator repeater light that will allow you to upgrade and have all of your indicator lights functioning correctly.

Our solderless harness kit, fitted with a bright green LED for the repeater light in an insulated lamp holder to replace the existing holder, will make this upgrade simple. Also available is our electronic two pin flasher relay that is suited to running all LEDs, all incandescent lamps or even a mixture. A two pin flasher relay is all that is required to replace the VW three pin unit if you are using our harness kit.

The harness kit is not voltage sensitive, however the flasher relays are, so please select the correct voltage for your vehicle if you are also ordering a relay. LEDs for the exterior lamps are available under the Indicater bulbs section of our website.
