These multidirectional LED bulbs are a simple, quick and direct replacement for your older style standard 501 bulbs and have the additional benefit of reducing your power consumption to a much lower level to save your older wiring.
12V T10 SMD LED Bulbs. They will work with vehicles fitted with 12v or dual 6v batteries Positive ( Positive Ground ) or Negative earth. Available in White, Warm White, Green or Blue. Please select the required colour and number you need from the drop down menu.
These bulbs typically last up to 30,000 hours so no worries about having to replace them again anytime soon. Canbus compatible.
Suitable for many other classic cars or applications that have the standard T10 / GLB501 5w Wedge fitting. 27 mm bulb length. Also suitable for VDO gauges Cockpit, Vision and International. Not recommended for use where you have a printed circuit board or lamp holders with conjoined contacts as they can cause a short circuit and blow the fuse or damage to the printed board. Really great tec support
The GLB501 T10 LEDs replaced a pair of 501 bulbs in the sidelights of my 1976 Triumph Stag. Easily fitted and the result was nice bright sidelights.
501 bulbs are also used in the sidelights of my 2006 Subaru Legacy Estate.
They were looking very dull, so I replaced them too - not quite as easy a job as the Stag, but worth the effort.
Work spot on for side light in 997 S. No errors
Good value bulbs. Bought them as one of the original sidelights had blown on my Mercedes C class and got the required 4 bulbs for about the same as one from other suppliers. Annoying warning has now gone and all of the lights look great now as it was a mishmash of bulbs before. They are much brighter than the original incandescent bulbs and will hopefully last longer. The only issue is that you have to get them the right way round as they are polarity sensitive, but you only have 2 choices so not exactly arduous.
In summary, really happy with them and will buy again for some of the other cars when it comes to renewing them. Certainly won't go back to normal bulbs unless I have to.
