These multidirectional LED bulbs are a simple, quick and direct replacement for your older style standard 233 or 989 bulbs and have the additional benefit of reducing your power consumption to a much lower level to save your older wiring.

12V BA9S 8 SMD LED available in 6000k bright white, 3000k classic warm white, blue, green and red. They will work with vehicles fitted with 12v or dual 6v batteries Positive ( Positive Ground ) or Negative earth - they are not polarity sensitive.

These LEDs typically last up to 30,000 hours so no worries about having to replace them again anytime soon.

Suitable for many other classic cars or applications that have the standard BA9S, 233 or 989 fitting. Smaller than most BA9S LEDs at 10mm head diameter and 25mm overall length - the same a standard 233 or 989. The price is for a single LED.

The web site is excellent.
The communication is exvellent.
So too, was the delivery.
Unfortunately, the bulbs have not worked out well, in my situation. The small side spigots are not well formed ( as a incandesant bulb), and so they "cocked over" in the bulb holders.
Also, my car is a 1960 Wolseley 6/99.
When the bulbs were fitted, they didn't illuminate the guages at all.l ( they were working, but threw no light out yo the guages,)
In the Wolseley guages, there is a dark green glass bulb, that the bulb sits inside of, to throw out a green light the the guages.
It is apparently too dark, for the LED's to penetrate. I have no idea why.
Any way, a disapointment, but certainly not a fault of your company, which I rate as excellent.

I removed

Hi Tim,

We're disappointed to read this, especially as we've not heard from you to attempt to resolve the issues. The bayonet issue is rare and we would have been happy to resolve. The original dark green glass filters on the Wolseley are very dark and can also blacken with age which stops a lot of the light getting through. For the best results we do recommend that these are removed and a green LED used instead. This will give a much better result.

Good quality product

This LED bulb gives off a good bright 'warm white' light and is the same size as the original bulb so fitted in my small triumph tr4 side lights perfectly.

Great product arrived in good time. Direct replacement for my original side light bulbs (candles). Much brighter than original bulbs, less power draw. I will now drive with sidelights on every trip - much safer !
